This sample came from a cask that previously held bourbon. It yielded 900 bottles at 55% ABV in 2019. Ten years maturing in the intense Indian climate has concentrated the flavors, bringing notes of maple syrup, coffee grounds, pecans, and dark chocolate. The alcohol content is easily managed and provides a lasting surge of flavor with every modest sip.
