1.1.21 Smells like orange and grapefruit peels, with savory grain alcohol. Tastes like orange and vanilla initially, becoming syrupy baking cocoa in the middle. The finish is like angostura bitters with gentian and clove. Very easy to drink neat or on the rocks. It gets overwhelmed by whiskey in a manhattan or by a 2:1:1 gin sour (lemon). Might be suited to a martinez.
