Kieran Garcia 4.0

A soft and smooth entry. The fruitiness continues, becoming more pronounced. Flavors of honey and soft caramel. The oak influence from 15 years of maturation brings a pleasant depth and slight dryness. The spice notes add complexity to the drink. The finish is medium length, leaving a warm sensation. Fruity and spicy notes linger, with a touch of oak and a hint of sweetness. I would describe it as complex, balanced, and mellow. Solid!

Melodie Holland 4.3

The aroma is mild, with notes of oak, honey, soft nutmeg, buttercream, and sponge cake. It smells like an alcohol-infused bakery. The palate begins with honey, oak, and baking spices, complemented by toasted nuts, poached pears, and fruitiness that create balance. The finish is long, coating the mouth with nutmeg spice, along with barley, soft fruit, fresh biscuits, and a hint of oak. Outstanding.
