Nose: Sweet, fruity, smoky, with notes of burnt pastry and cut grass. Palate: Sweet peat, floral, seaweed, grainy, coastal, with meaty/BBQ characteristics. Finish: A long finish with smoke, smooth subdued peat, and citrus/lemon at the very end. A very clean finish. Finished tied for fourth place out of the six whiskies, receiving 2% of the vote for favorite of the night. (73% of attendees enjoyed the whisky).
