Wonderful spirit with numerous sweet and savory flavors and a beautiful color. Notes of chocolate, orange, mint, ham, pork, pepper, toffee, and rich malty undertones similar to a classic sherry-aged Benrinnes or Mortlach.
Exceptional. Rich, dark, profoundly sherry-influenced. Quite scarce, yet justifies the search.
