Debbie Hough 3.8

Golden yellow in the glass, completely natural. The aroma is sweet and delicate, with distinct herbaceous notes, very fresh. Toasted bread, honey, almonds, a hint of cherry: not very complex, young, but pleasing. On the palate, barely sharp alcohol, accompanying without overpowering the freshness of the grass which is the backdrop to a profile that is always very delicate: still honey and almonds, biscuits, a pinch of lemon and salt, wood. Considering the harshness of the location where it was distilled, it is a very calm and still whiskey, simple and straightforward. The aftertaste is medium-long, with wood, grass and lemon.
