The nose and palate feature honey and raisins, with a hint of earthiness on the finish. Toffee is prominent throughout. Obtained from a specific shop in Tomintoul. A scarce bottle possessing excellent character!! Upon further tasting, I am certain that Granny Smith green apple is present in the flavor of this delightful spirit.
