It's quite sweet. While some might not find that problematic, I found the sweetness and artificial taste too strong when I used it for espresso martinis. I wouldn't suggest it for most mixed drinks.
My go-to vanilla vodka, it's smooth, delicious on its own, and works well in cocktails.
