This bourbon is a masterclass in blending. The distillers have become the new standard in the blending world. They have successfully extracted the best from a 7-year and a 15-year bourbon without any drawbacks. I detect a complex palate of caramel, milk chocolate, dark chocolate, spice, and a hint of heat. The finish follows with berries, some dark chocolate, and no sign of tannins. This is a perfect example of a bourbon that performs well above its stated proof, delivering the flavor intensity you'd expect from a 130 proof powerhouse.

Initially, I detected notes of dark chocolate and oak. The alcohol was smooth and not sharp. Then came cherry and a hint of smoke. The finish was long, with the cherry flavor becoming prominent and hints of dark chocolate reappearing (or perhaps the initial impression lingered 😎). Absolutely worth it!! Note: No tags were available for dark chocolate or cherry. Just for your information.
Nose: 4/5- Spice, caramel, some oak Palate: 5/5 - Sweet on the lips, caramel, molasses, spice Finish: 4.5/5 - Smooth but too brief. Pleasant spice and sweetness. 4.5/5 - Recommended
This might be the finest bourbon I've ever had. It perfectly balances sweetness, fruity notes, and spice.
