I received a sample from a friend. Glass: Glencairn, rested for 15 minutes. Color: Medium amber with attractive legs. Aroma: Nuts, oak, and jammy fruit. Palate: Cinnamon, baking spice with some dry oak notes and sweet clove. Finish: Long with more of that sweet clove flavor. Splash: No new flavors emerged, but the existing flavors became more balanced with a few drops of water. Overall: 9/10 - The aroma is the highlight, but the palate and finish are complex and well-executed. This would perform well in a cocktail or on the rocks.

Nose: caramel, dried fruit, vanilla, and butterscotch Palate: oak, nutty, sweet, spice, coats the mouth, buttery or creamy, rich and toasty, woody
Aroma: Herbal, grainy, and sweet. Taste: Sweet almond, orange zest, and very nutty. Oak asserts itself at the end, dominating the other flavors.
A remarkably smooth bourbon with a full mouthfeel and a pleasant finish, though it lacks the characteristic 'Kentucky hug' as it was produced in Georgia.
Quite enjoyable, with some warmth and a solid burn going down
