- 2 Prepare garnish of smouldering star anise.

- 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4 STRAIN back into shaker.
- 5 DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify.
- 6 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
