1/2 oz Americano bianco
1/12 oz Peach liqueur
2 dash Absinthe

How to make

Serve in a martini glass

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of grapefruit zest twist.

  1. 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 5 EXPRESS grapefruit zest twist over cocktail and use as garnish.

History

The influence of half a barspoon of crème de pêche and a couple of dashes of absinthe on this subtly flavoured vodka Martini is surprising.

This cocktail was adapted from a 2015 recipe by Andrii Osypchuk at Gaucho, Dubai, UAE. In the same year, Gary Regan included the Yuliya Martini in his 101 Best New Cocktails. The original preparation involves shaking and is finished with a splash of soda water.
