History

Jordan Smith describes his creation as "bright, herbaceous, subtly smoky, and refreshingly bittersweet." This assessment is accurate!

This cocktail is named after Georgia O'Keefe's 1929 painting, reflecting both its color palette of yellow, white, and green, and its use of mezcal, a southwestern ingredient. It is adapted from a recipe created in 2017 by Jordan Smith, Head Bartender at Le Coucou, a French restaurant in Soho, New York City.
