History

A classic Negroni with peated whisky, suitable for winter. Originally served straight-up as a bittersweet sharpener, it is also delicious on the rocks.

This drink is adapted from a recipe created by New York City bartender Brian Evans. It was originally made with Cocchi Storico Vermouth di Torino.
