3/4 oz Light white rum
1/2 oz Blood orange juice
1/2 oz Pomegranate juice
3/4 oz Lime juice
1/3 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
3 drop Saline solution 4:1

Serve in a coupe glass

  2. 2 Prepare garnish of dehydrated blood orange slice wheel..

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
