Ingredients
3 whole Clove
1 1/3 oz Cognac (brandy)
2/3 oz Mandarin liqueur
1/6 oz Peated malt whisky
3 dash Chocolate bitters
How to make
Serve in a coupe glass
Method
- 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of orange zest twist with a flamed clove.
- 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
