1 1/2 oz Mezcal
3/4 oz Bianco/blanco vermouth
1/2 oz Gentian liqueur

Serve in a old-fashioned glass

Method

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist expressed and discarded.
  3. 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
