Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Vanilla vodka
2/3 oz Macadamia nut syrup
1/2 oz White crème de cacao
1 whole Egg (white and yolk)
2 dash Aromatic bitters

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of square of white chocolate.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
  2. 4 DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 5 Garnish with white chocolate on the rim.
