2 oz Scotch whisky
1 oz Lemon juice
1/2 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
Top up with Soda from siphon

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

  1. 1 SHAKE first three ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass
  2. 2 TOP with soda, lightly stir and serve with straws.
