Ingredients

2 oz Bourbon whiskey
1 barspoon Orange marmalade
3/4 oz Lemon juice
2 dash Orange bitters
Top up with Weisse (wheat) beer

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lemon slice wheel.

Method

  1. 3 STIR marmalade with bourbon in base of shaker to dissolve marmalade.
  2. 4 Add lemon juice and bitters, SHAKE with ice.
  3. 5 FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  4. 6 TOP with beer and briefly stir

Garnish

  1. 7 Garnish with lemon slice.
