3/4 oz Rosso/sweet vermouth
2 oz Apple juice
1/2 oz Lime juice
1/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)

Serve in a collins glass

Method

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of dust with cinnamon powder (sprinkled through flame).
  3. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
