Ingredients

12 fresh Mint leaves
1 1/2 oz Gin
1 oz Lemon juice
3/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
2 1/2 oz Chilled water

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

  1. 1 Lightly MUDDLE mint (just to bruise) in base of shaker
  2. 2 Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
