1/2 oz Black raspberry liqueur
1 1/2 oz Pineapple juice

Serve in a coupe glass

  2. 2 Prepare garnish of skewered raspberry.

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

An almost identical cocktail, the French Cocktail, was created in 2011. However, the name Very French Martini is preferred, despite it not being a "Martini".
