10 sprig Coriander/cilantro
10 sprig Mint (fresh) sprigs
1 fresh red chili pepper
15 oz Pineapple juice
2 pinch Salt
How to make
Serve in a shot glass
- 1 BLEND all 5 ingredients with stalks but without ice (no need to chop ingredients if your blender is powerful enough) and fine strain into suitable storage container from which to pour into individual shot glass serves
- 2 Refrigerate, SHAKE before use and use within 3 days.
