2/3 oz Raspberry liqueur
5/6 oz Pomegranate juice
2 drop Saline solution 4:1

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of skewered raspberry.

  1. 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

  1. 5 Garnish with skewered raspberry.

History

Jody's original recipe is stirred, but if using freshly pressed pomegranate juice, the cocktail will be cloudy anyway. A good shake enlivens this fruity and funky cocktail. Serving on-the-rocks is also preferred.
