Serve in a coupe glass

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

History

A floral variation of the Last Word, with elderflower.

Adapted from a recipe created in May 2022 by Richard Elgar to commemorate the Seattle Sounders' victory in the Concacaf Champions League. The name honors Raúl Ruidíaz, one of the Sounders' strikers and a Peruvian national, which explains the use of pisco.
