Ingredients

1 2/3 oz Vodka
1/2 oz White crème de cacao
1/2 oz Dry vermouth
1/2 oz Cranberry juice
4 drop Chocolate bitters
3 drop Saline solution 4:1

How to make

Serve in a martini glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare glass by dusting rim with chocolate powder (adheres to condensation on frozen glass).

Method

  1. 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 5 No additional garnish. (The preprepared rim is garnish enough.)

History

An aperitif alternatini with chocolate and cranberry notes.

Even during the early 2000s, this drink suffered from a poor reputation and an unfortunate name. Consequently, it was retitled Triple 'C' before 'Martini' was reinstated in the name, accompanied by an adjusted stirred preparation in May 2026.
