History

A Scotch-based Dry Manhattan with apricot liqueur and crème de menthe.

David A. Embury's 1948 book, The Fine Art of Mixing Drinks, offers a recipe from which this drink is adapted. A variation on the Dry Scotch Manhattan, the TRINITY is made with Scotch whisky, a dash of orange bitters, a dash of apricot liqueur, and a dash of white crème de menthe for each serving.
