History

This deep reddish-brown cocktail, with one-and-a-half measures of bitters, may not appeal to everyone. It might be suitable for those who enjoy cough candy.

Giuseppe Gonzalez crafted this cocktail in 2009 at Clover Club Bar in Brooklyn, USA. Its inspiration comes from Valentino Bolognese's competition-winning Trinidad Especial.
