Serve in a old-fashioned glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
Method
- 3 STIR half the rum with two ice cubes in a chilled glass.
- 4 Add PX sherry, sugar syrup, bitters, and two more ice cubes.
- 5 STIR some more and add another two ice cubes and the rest of the rum.
- 6 STIR some more and add more ice.
Garnish
- 7 EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
