1 1/2 oz Vanilla rum
1/2 oz Amaretto liqueur
3/4 oz Brown/dark cacao liqueur
1/3 oz Honey and water syrup
1/2 oz Whipping cream
1/3 oz Egg white (pasteurised)

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of cocoa powder and two segments of Toblerone chocolate.

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

  1. 5 Dust surface of cocktail with cocoa powder and place segments of Toblerone on rim
