Ingredients

1 cube Brown sugar
3 dash Creole bitters
3 dash Aromatic bitters
2 sprig Fresh thyme
1 2/3 oz Cognac (brandy)
1/2 oz Grand Marnier
1/3 oz Vermouth alla vaniglia

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of scorched thyme sprig.

Method

  1. 3 DASH bitters over sugar cube in stirring glass.
  2. 4 MUDDLE cube to crush.
  3. 5 ADD other ingredients and stir to dissolve sugar.
  4. 6 Add ice and STIR.
  5. 7 STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 8 Garnish with scorched thyme sprig.
