1 1/2 oz New make spirit
1/3 oz Maraschino liqueur
2/3 oz Pineapple juice
1/2 oz Verjuice
1 2/3 oz Rhubarb soda

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

  1. 1 STIR first 4 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass (preferably a clear ice shard)
  2. 2 TOP with rhubarb soda and briefly stir.

A brilliant construction where new-make spirit and maraschino liqueur are more evident than supporting ingredients.

This drink is an adaptation of a 2023 recipe by Erik Lorincz of Kwant in London, England. The original recipe by Erik was extended with London Essence Rhubarb & Cardamom Soda, which is unfortunately no longer available.
