History
Golden yet mysterious, with white wine acidity balancing elderflower and spirituous apple brandy and pisco. Shaking provides beneficial dilution and aeration.
The name of this drink is derived partly from the 'St-G' marking found on the screw cap of St-Germain elderflower liqueur, and partly from The Stig, the enigmatic, white-suited racing driver featured on the BBC's Top Gear program.
