1 3/4 oz Tawny port
2/3 oz Rye whiskey 50% abv
1/2 oz Gentian liqueur
1/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1 fresh Egg yolk
How to make
Serve in a coupe glass
- 1 DRY SHAKE (without ice) all ingredients
- 2 Add ice, SHAKE again with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
