History

Herbal and fruit flavours combine in this whisky aperitivo/digestive/sipper, like a Last Word.

This adaptation comes from a recipe created by Owen Westman at Bourbon & Branch in San Francisco, USA. The original cocktail, which called for Laphroaig Quarter Cask and was served in a coupe, has had its quantities halved for reasons of cost and sobriety.
