History
Sweet, sherry-spiced, with Manhattan-like qualities.
This drink is adapted from a 2008 recipe by Rhiannon Enlil at Bar Tonique in New Orleans, USA. It is named after the Median area on Canal Street in New Orleans, which historically served as the dividing line between the American and Spanish/French sectors, an area now recognized as the French Quarter.
