Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Reposado tequila
1/2 oz Orange Curaçao
1/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
3/4 oz Lemon juice
1 dash Aromatic bitters
Top up with Soda water

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

  1. 1 SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice and strain ice-filled glass
  2. 2 TOP with soda and briefly stir.
