1 1/2 oz Tennessee whiskey
1/2 oz Mexican corn whisky
1/6 oz Peated malt whisky
1/6 oz Popcorn sugar syrup
1/12 oz Chilli liqueur
2 dash Creole bitters
1/4 oz Chilled water
1/12 oz Crème de cassis

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

  1. 1 STIR first 6 ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass
  2. 2 POUR crème de cassis into centre of cocktail (it should sink to form a red base).
