Ingredients
1 2/3 oz Cognac (brandy)
5/6 oz Lime juice
1/2 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
8 fresh Mint leaves
2 dash Aromatic bitters
1 2/3 oz Brut sparkling wine
How to make
Serve in a coupe glass
- 1 SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass
- 2 TOP with champagne.
