Ingredients
1 2/3 oz Bianco/blanco vermouth
2/3 oz Red bitter liqueur
1/3 oz White crème de menthe
2 oz International lager
How to make
Serve in a collins glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.
Method
- 3 STIR first 3 ingredients with ice.
- 4 POUR beer into ice-filled glass.
- 5 STRAIN stirred ingredients over beer and briefly stir.
Garnish
- 6 EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
