Ingredients
1 1/3 oz Alcohol-free amaro
1/3 oz Lemon juice
1/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
2 oz Ginger beer
How to make
Serve in a double old-fashioned glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a DOUBLE OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist..
Method
- 3 POUR all ingredients into chilled glass and briefly stir.
- 4 Fill glass with crushed ice.
Garnish
- 5 EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
- 6 Serve with a straw.
