1 1/3 oz Pear and cognac liqueur
2/3 oz Cold black tea
1 1/2 oz Brut sparkling wine

Serve in a flute glass

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a FLUTE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of pear wedge..

Method

  1. 3 POUR first 3 ingredients into chilled glass.
  2. 4 FILL glass with ice.
  3. 5 TOP with the rest of the sparkling wine.

  1. 6 Garnish with pear wedge on rim.
