2 oz Cacao spiced rum
1/3 oz Ratafia de Marseille
1/6 oz Apricot eau-de-vie
2/3 oz Pineapple juice
1/3 oz Lime juice
1/6 oz Cinnamon syrup

Serve in a wine glass

Method

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a WINE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of edible flower and fresh kaffir lime leaf.
  3. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. 4 STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.
