Ingredients
2 oz Cold black tea
1 1/2 oz Blanco tequila
1/2 oz Honey vodka
1/2 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1/2 oz Lemon juice
2 dash Orange bitters
How to make
Serve in a collins glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2 Prepare lemon slice wheel for garnish.
Method
- 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish
- 5 Garnish with lemon slice.
