Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Génépi liqueur
2/3 oz Lemon juice
1/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1 dash Creole bitters
1/24 oz Absinthe

How to make

Serve in a old-fashioned glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of mint sprig tip.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  3. 5 FLOAT absinthe.

Garnish

  1. 6 Garnish with mint sprig tip floated in the centre of the cocktail.
