History
A bittersweet, herbal aperitif charged with vodka, featuring notes of grain.
Griffin Cox created this drink in 2017 at Lot Six in Halifax, Canada. Suze, a respected French bitter, has a history that actually started in Switzerland. Fernand Moureaux brought it to France in 1885. This drink, the Swiss Account, acknowledges that origin and demonstrates how Suze integrates with other French spirits, much like it became popular in France over 100 years ago. 45ml Grey Goose Vodka, 15ml Suze, 5ml Bénédictine and 2 dash Bittermens Hopped Grapefruit Bitters.
