1 1/2 oz Pink grapefruit juice
1 oz Orange-red aperitivo
1 1/2 oz Tonic water
1/4 oz Mezcal

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of grapefruit slice wheel (dehydrated).

Method

  1. 3 POUR first 3 ingredients into glass and add ice to fill.
  2. 4 TOP with tonic water (leaving space for mezcal float).
  3. 5 FLOAT mezcal.

  1. 6 Garnish with grapefruit slice wheel (dehydrated).
