1 oz Light gold rum 1-3yo
2/3 oz Coconut rum liqueur
2 oz Pineapple juice
1/6 oz Grenadine syrup

How to make

Serve in a martini glass

  1. 1 SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass
  2. 2 Finish by pouring grenadine into the centre of the cocktail (which will sink to form sunset affect).
