2 oz Bourbon bonded-strength
1 oz Lemon juice
1 1/2 oz Orange juice
2/3 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1/3 oz Grenadine syrup

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of orange wedge.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  3. 5 POUR grenadine into the centre of the cocktail (it should sink).

Garnish

  1. 6 Garnish with orange wedge.
